What should you do in the 10 Minute Recovery Window?

How much time should you get to recover after an encounter?

10 minutes for sure but you might be able to squeak out a few extra minutes. As a GM, I'd probably give most parties around 15 minutes; this gives everyone a chance to do one ten minute activity and then a few 1 minute activities (rewarding people for taking Skill Feats like Quick Repair); it could be reasonable to go up to 25 or 30 minutes to allow a Champion to use Lay on Hands 1-2 times and still have it available for the next combat. Giving players more than that diminishes the value of other Skill Feats, like Ward Medic.
