How does Multiattack compare with Sneak Attack?

Multiattack vs Sneak Attack

A graph that shows how damage changes based off having the reaction available (ceiling) and what happens when a rogue can't proc Sneak Attack (floor) would be useful here; stacking Booming Blade on the attacks, too?

It's save to assume that 3-4 Sneak Attack dice are equivalent to an Extra Attack but since Sneak Attack can proc as a reaction, it's more valuable.

Probably need to compare 2-4 attacks of 1d8+5 with 1d8+5 with X Sneak Attack die.

It may also be worth making the graph baseline since it's safe to assume the initial attack for both characters (1d8+5) is the same.
