Strap on Plate and a Shield for 20 AC
From there, grab another point into Sorcerer for Font of Magic...
5 levels in Sorcerer gets you Lightning Bolt (guaranteed 48 damage with Destructive Wrath)
Metamagic - Subtle + Transmuted? Quickened?
Glyph of Warding - There's some discussion around how this works but I'm in the camp this works with Destructive Wrath.
Destructive Wrath
When you roll lightning or thunder damage, you can use your Channel Divinity to deal maximum damage, instead of rolling.
You're more than likely rolling for Glyph of Warding damage, unless the DM decides to roll the damage. Since you're rolling (and you're the source of spell so you should), you can use your Channel Divinity for Destructive Wrath.
