The Mobile Feat with the Charger feat.. Great Weapon Master's -5 chance to hit is negated by Chargerer.
Using a monk or rogue to get access to "Dash as a Bonus Action." You can also skip Mobile if you wanted to go with Swashbuckler instead.
I think of Charger as someone with a giant two-handed weapon, running into combat without any regard for personal safety. Dungeons and Dragon's seems to have a slightly different image, where a savvy pirate could take a stab at someone, back up 10 feet, and charge back in.
