Artificer dip at level 1... Wizard from then on...
Custom Lineage Fey Touched (Gift of Alacrity)
How does casting work with this?
Thinking as a DM that wants to keep game balance in mind here. Allowing a wizard to cast Artificer spells (specifically Guidance) and all of their Wizard spells with a shield is a little unfair to everyone else (especially the cleric).
Rules-as-written (RAW), it can be a little problematic. Spellcasting (Artificer) requires some sort of tools, either Thieves' or Artisan's. Spellcasting (Wizard) requires an arcane focus to cast spells.
A Shield requires an action to equip or unequip and you only have two hands. You'll need to make a choice between casting Artificer spells (Guidance, Faerie Fire) or Wizard spells (everything else).
Warcaster doesn't account for the Material (M) costs of spells, only the Somatic (S). You need to hold tools for Artificer spells and a focus for Wizard spells.

Good video and build! Small note -- it won't matter at most tables, but all artificer spells require a material component (even if the spell normally is just V and/or S), and a standard arcane focus cannot replace it.
If your DM is very strict about that, you'd probably want to take firebolt and absorb elements as wizard spells, otherwise they will be annoying to use. Doesn't affect the build really — just worth noting.
"Even with Warcaster, the Artificer still requires tools in hand to cast their spells, including cantrips, since all artificer spells are considered to have a Material Component of their tools, and they have no infused items to act as Foci with a one level dip. And those same tools can't also be a Wizard's Arcane Focus. And Warcaster doesn't allow you to Provide Material Components with your Hands full.
So, if you're using a shield, you would have to Draw or Stow your tools to swap between being able to cast Artificer and Wizard spells if using a component pouch. And wouldn't be able to wield anything else in that hand like a staff or other focus without losing access to the Artificer spells.
Just something to keep in mind, especially when taking your Primary attack roll cantrip from Artificer."

Can you just swap focuses?
Since there are other classes that can handle this problem more elegantly (Thief's Fast Hands), I wouldn't expect DMs to handwave this for a Wizard. https://rpg.stackexchange.com/questions/190446/what-is-the-mechanism-for-a-character-swapping-their-arcane-druidic-focus https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/rules-game-mechanics/42315-do-i-have-to-swap-between-weapons-and-spellcasting https://www.enworld.org/threads/how-do-you-rule-switching-weapons.619989/ https://www.reddit.com/r/DnD/comments/52qxwn/5e_spellcaster_equipment_is_their_focuscasting/

There is no Arcane Abeyance Loop with Find Familiar.
Arcane Abeyance creates a pebble that lasts one hour, it takes 1 hour to cast Find Familiar. This means 1 Wizard could create 1 Pebble for a Familiar for one party member.
On top of that, this feature can only be used once per short or long rest. Since short rests require at least an hour, the pebble loses it's magic power by the time the rest ends (or the next one ends).

"What actually happens when you do this outside of AL is the campaign ends and your character's motivations for those 9,000 copies are achieved. Then a new campaign starts in which he is the evil overlord. Roll yourself a level 1 character."
Attacks that require an attack hit more than one that requires a save? Is that true?
